Grove Gardens is participating in helping the local authorities with garbage recycling. We will soon welcome an environmental expert from the local authorities whom will assist us in learning how to properly manage the garbage and recycling as much as possible. We have already been seperating recyclables but we will now improve this operation after the training. Anyone is welcome to help. |
Grove Gardens Phuket Property Tax - Although Property Tax is an identified Tax to be paid, 12.5% of revenue collected from rentals, it is a tax that can be negotiated. We are doing our best to get this down to a minimum in the future.
